Michael E Gross received his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1977. He is admitted to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Gross's practice centers primarily around real estate matters, including settlements of purchases and refinances, preparation of contracts and other legal documents relating to the ownership and use of land, incorporating businesses and advising them on the legal aspects of their business affairs.

Mr. Gross has been consulted by other lawyers as an expert witness on the drafting of real estate contracts and the settlement of business sales. He has represented clients in trial level and appeals courts in the District of Columbia and Maryland and in the Federal District Court in Maryland.
